Right of Withdrawal for You as a Consumer
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

You may use our sample withdrawal form for this purpose – however, this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you – including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).
The refund will be made without delay, at the latest within 14 days after we have received your notification of withdrawal.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction – unless something else was expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged additional fees for this refund.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount. This amount corresponds to the proportion of services already provided up to the point you informed us of your withdrawal, compared to the total scope of the services agreed upon in the contract.

Note on Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires if we have fully provided the service and only started after you expressly agreed and simultaneously confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully fulfilled (§ 356 para. 4 BGB).
