€100 base salary per month (for the first 3 months)
10% commission per license sold
5% bonus for every renewal
Travel cost reimbursement at €0.30 per kilometer
Flexible working hours - perfect alongside studies or school

As a Regional Manager, you are responsible for actively contacting clubs in your region and building and maintaining your own network. You'll present our coaching app to interested clubs, conduct presentations, and hold personal meetings on site. You bring in your own ideas, continuously develop your region, and make an important contribution to strengthening grassroots sports. You'll also benefit from regular exchanges with other regional managers to share experiences and gain valuable tips.
Communicative and reliable: You're open with people, express yourself well, and are dependable.
Initiative and sense of responsibility: You don't wait for tasks to be assigned - you take action and take responsibility for your region.
Interest in football: You have a passion for the sport and enjoy supporting clubs and volunteers.
University or further education: You are currently enrolled at a university or college or pursuing further education.

To help you start successfully in your region, we're always by your side. You'll receive a detailed onboarding and personal support from our team. We'll also provide you with all the necessary marketing materials and take care of digital marketing via social media and the web. Even postal marketing to clubs is handled centrally by us, so you can fully focus on building relationships locally. Additionally, you'll benefit from our partnerships with national sports retailers and other partners who help you expand your reach even further.
